i have a question regarding wlp300. i am looking for the strongest banana flavor possible out of it. Is 76 degrees ok or should it be higher or lower then that?

I think you'd get bubble gum that hot. I've never fermented with it over 68F and it always gives strong banana.

Don't go over 68 for sure, it'll taste terrible, I advise going a little cooler around 66. This will keep the unpleasant esters in check. Make a starter.
