Just as an FYI for my peoples out there, if you have trouble with temp control and are looking for a light, summery blonde ale this season, try WLP051. I pitched some into a very simple blonde ale and because of some work obligations the temp got away from me. Ambient got up to 72 or so before I got it down to the mid to high 60s, so this thing could have gone as high as 77 to 80 degrees. At those temps it was giving off a fruity flavor, but it actually tastes great with the light sweetness from the malt profile. Just thought I would share, hopefully you can give it a try sometime!

Thanks for the heads up! This is just exactly what I was looking for, I was deciding on the 051 or the 001.... 051 it is! Cheers!
