Hi all....anyone have any experience with WLP004 (Irish ale) fermenting at low temps...58-60* ? I made an Irish Red and I'm wondering what I might expect with this yeast at that temp. It's been in the primary for a week now and I have more activity in the airlock than normal for an ale after 7 days. Thanks

That's not a surprise considering your well below its optimum fermentation temperature. The real surprise is that its still going at all and hasn't fallen out of solution in 7 days at that temp.
