I'm moving toward upgrading my eBIAB setup to 240V. My father-in-law helped me run a 10-30 outlet to the back patio off of the 10-30 dryer outlet. The outlet is H H N, so no true ground. The plan was to just use the 10-30 outlet for brewing, but after a little bit more reading (that I probably should have done first...), it sounds like this would be a good use for a spa panel.
