Windows based fermentation monitors

I have an older touch screen windows pc that I want to turn into brewery manager system.

Is anyone aware of a fermentation or temperature monitor for use on a fermentation chamber with some probes or something that would work for a windows based computer?

I am also looking at possible brewhouse management on this same windows computer but i am leaning a little more towards beer Smith for this one.
