Will This Work for a Mash Tun?

I just picked up this cooler, which I wish to convert. I just wanted to run it by everyone here to make sure there aren't any major problems with it before I start to take it apart.

It should... but no one will know for sure without seeing more pics of it, like the drain hole plug or the interior of the cooler.
