Waiting outside my local liquor store to buy goose island bbs. Hoping for some selection on the special releases
I keep toying with the idea of using my keggle and brewstand to deep-fry a turkey one of these years. Too chicken (har) to try it yet, maybe next year.I had the thought to use my Grainfather to souse vide a turkey. We are in a lockdown again, so there is no need for a whole turkey. After all, what is a mashing system... a giant souse vide!Maybe next year.
