Hey guys this is my first brew and I just want to make sure it is just yeast pockets because I didn't let it ferment long enough let me know what you think thanks.

Hey and welcome!

I can only see vague out-of-focus whitish things with no distinguishing characteristics. We need a clearer picture without that glare.

What did you sanitize with, what yeast did you use, and how long has it been in there?

Hey!

So I used b-brite cleanser with safale us-05 dry ale yeast and I like it ferment for 8 days before racking

This is probably the best picture I can get. You can see the ring of white spots.

The fact that they're in a ring like that is indicative that they probably came up from the bottom of the carboy. E.g. yeast that went along for the ride when you racked, may have settled down into the "donut ring" at the bottom of the carboy, and later floated up to the surface. It's very possible that it's just yeast. Keep an eye on it, post a pic if it changes. All in all, though, it's too early to positively ID even with the clearer photo.
