Three words: make a starter

It's the only way to know if those vials are viable, and something that should always be done when using liquid yeast cultures.

(also, be careful when opening that warm vial, if the warmth woke the yeast up (which it did), they'll be very active and ready to "jump" out of that vial. open slowly)

Tks. The open slowly advice was a good one. Unfortunately, i missed the starter advice before i pitched it. The ahs instructions said to just shake and pitch it when at room temp. If it doesnt work in a day or so, can i just buy the same yeast and pitch it without any problems?
