I have a mexican cerveza after 2 weeks at 1.020. Fermented at 56 for a week and brought up to 68 degrees over the last 5 days.

Do i need to add more yeast? I have another package of 940 or will another yeast work?

go check out the "stuck fermentation" thread on the yeast page. Basically they say "brew a real neutral batch of beer that finishes quick and fully, rack it into a keg and then rack your stuck beer directly onto the cake at the bottom of your other batch." Your 940 has already given most of the flavor to your beer that it will give, racking onto something like an S05 or something in a really healthy environment will get it to finish out where you want.
