White balls like ball bearings brewing in my kombucha

Yikes! It is time to drink my kombucha after second stage fermenting. THIS is what I found. What is it? Colour of cauliflower. Clustered together kind of like cauliflower branches. The balls either have a little red dot on them and/or a clear strip on them. The 2nd brewing took place in a warm environment. I added a little maple syrup to the jar to carbonate it. I have been making kombucha for years and have most certainly never seen anything like this.

That is fascinating! Those look like eggs of some kind. Wait for them to hatch and see what you get?

If they do hatch, be sure to KILL IT WITH FIRE!
