where to mount RIMS

Im currently in the process of putting the finishing touches on my weldless single tier brews stand similar to the wallace style stand. I decided to incorporate a RIMS system and I'm having trouble figuring out where to mount it. Behind the mash keggle? Infront? vertically/Horizontally? Any tips and especially pics you all may have to share would be awesome. Thank you!

I like it mounted vertically ,with the element on bottom to prevent it running dry. Can't help you with the where part. Mine is on it's own stand with the pump.

Mine is vertical between hlt and mlt in front

Ya I would suggest vertical as TylerAI noted and have it use up some of the distance from your pump to your return port. Less volume and hose that way.
