From what I hear, US 56 is now US 05. Anyone know where a cheap place to get this online?? I keep hearing of dry yeast under a dollar, but the cheapest I can find is almost two dollars.

Williams Brewing will give you the best deal at $1.60 a packet if you buy a dozen.
$1.85 at Williams Brewing (knock off 25 cents if you buy a dozen)
$1.99 at Austin Homebrew
$2.25 at Northern Brewer (they sell Nottinham for $1.25 though)
$1.95 at Midwest Supplies
$2.25 at Brewmasters Warehouse
$1.95 at Morebeer
I don't know if any Danstar or Fermentis dry yeast under a buck.
