Where do you put it all?

I have 4 5 gallon batches going. Where do you put all the bottles. Think I might pick up a fridge on craigslist. Lol might need two.

I searched around for a few, but I can't find the thread. One guy on here used a filing cabinet to hold bottles. Seemed pretty practical... not quite as practical as kegging, but practical none-the-less...

I just stack my cases of bottles on top of each other. They are square ya know.

I bought some of the 4 level plastic shelves from the Depot. They were pretty cheap and hold about 9 cases of bottles each.....Cleaned up the storage problem for sure......

Well, between the beer and all the equipment, it is a challenge. I have a good sized closet, but between the fermenting beer and all the brewing equipment it is pretty darn full. I do at least have a kegerator for the finished product. I could use a garage or a brew shed. I need to buy a house LOL

Where do you GET all the bottles?

I hit the local recycling bin on a Sunday afternoon. The local bar takes all of Saturday night's bottles to the bin in the morning. I take my time and pick the good bottles (no butts or other crap in them). Then it's straight home to a bathtub full of hot oxiclean to clean and remove labels. Nobody's ever said anything to me about taking them from the bin, but I figure there's probably some law against it. The way I see it, I'm saving the energy/resources required to recycle all the glass, by just reusing it. At least that's what I'll tell the officers.
