Coopers Real Ale:
-Made wort and started Primary 2 Dec: SG: 1.045, Observed airlock and krauesen activity. Temp varied from 67-72
-Racked to Secondary 9 Dec (forgot what the reading was and I'm at work now DOH! so I can't look it up)
-Bottled (added 3/4 cup boiled dextrose) 16 Dec: FG: 1.0125
To date (what, 6 days), the beer is as clear as can be, with no sediments, no swirling, nada. I've read 'patience is key', 'relax have a home brew', et. al. but this time I am the one who is having doubts
What do ya'll think?
