its been one week bottle condititoning and i wanted to try one it does not taste bad but it has a little bit of a bitter after taste and it is kinda think when i pour it will the after taste go away long it sits

..and over time (a long time) it can mellow until there is almost no hop bitterness..


I over hop an IPA that I bottle and the beer is not any good (for me) for about 3 or 4 months... Others like it when it is more bitter and young...
