I think screwed this brew. I used a tiny bit of cardamom in my honey wheat beer to see if it would add some depth (probably should have used corriander?) but it totally shines through. I literally used like a gram in a 5 gallon batch. I waited 6 weeks before I tried the beer and it is questionable. Has anyone used a spice like this? It has been another couple weeks since I tried it, I just want to know if it will ever even out....
