This one turned out pretty awesome. I had someone come over, just after drinking a Pliny the Elder say "Damn, this is better than the Pliny I just had!". Much drier than I expected (I added a little nutrient, finished at 1.012 from 1.092). I'm still tweaking it though. I think all it needs is to increase the hop quantities some The flavor of the hops and malt is definitely there. It is definitely quite hoppy and a nice dry DIPA, but the hophead in me wants even more
. I am brewing my IPA now, and this again once hop harvest comes along.
Use RO water.
