Next I'm going with an imperial oatmeal stout with coffee and blueberries.
I'ma make a beer. It'll have barley. Hops too. I'll like it, my wife will hate it.
I am brewing a huge DIPA right now. Shooting for 19-20ºP OG and a FG around 2-2.5ºP. Tinseth gives me about 180IBU.
After that it is time for a saison. Yum.
