This year it's a Monster Mill 3-roller and a motor to run it. Well, I'll add some cash too, and sell off a couple items to help pay for it, BUT I CONSIDER IT ON MY LIST!

What's on your Christmas list that's brewing related?

4. 100,000+ BTU Propane burner
5. Counterflow wort chiller

As far as brewing, Mike Dawson's new book. Only thing I can find within reasonable gift giving budgets. Ingredients seem like an odd request. I'd like to include a kegging system on that list, with a nitro regulator for my milk stouts. It would also be nice to get something to crush grain as well. A pH meter would be great as well. But those things cost a bit more than I am comfortable asking for.

Besides, it is the season for giving, so I'm hoping that everyone has fermented beverages on their list.

2: some chevalier malt.

I found a funky old one in my bosses yard that he then gave to me. I was biting my nails the whole time and the guy at the exchange place definitely raised his eyebrows a bit looking at it.Then he gave me a nice shiny full one for it!! Now I have two 5lb tanks.

Update on Ss Brewtech website....now shipping the last week of December, in other words, shipping delayed until after Christmas.

Don't even want to tell Mom no gift will be under the tree.

My dream rig, really, but I'm not holding my breath.
