Also incredibly torn on whether to be happy or not that Barcade Newark wasn't around during grad school. My last year was when RBS moved into the Audible building so it could've been a recipe for disaster (for my wallet and probably my grades as well.)

Off to Kane Brewing Co in New Jersey! Brewing an imperial rye stout with pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, and almonds! The beer will then be aged in rye bourbon barrels! This is going to be a fun one for sure.

Not yet, but we should definitely put something together... if anyone has time to do this before I do this week, please feel free to get a Red Cross donation LIF going!

Im pushing for Industrial Arts but I think Im just pushing my luck.

That is my neck of the woods. Closest is probably Kuka, in Blauvelt, don't go there. Industrial Arts is the best brewery nearby, but they only do meat and cheese plates if you want food. Ambulance brew house in Nanuet is the best bar in N.Y. nearby. A few minutes further in New City is District 96 beer co and Burger loft, some amazing burgers there.

There are some spots in Bergen County that I'm not too someone in this thread maybe able to speak about better than me.

Obviously Brix and Alementary fall within 30 minutes. Ambulance Brew House, Burger Loft/District 96, the Local in Nyack, Grant St Dumont isn't necessarily a craft bar but has some local craft and good inexpensive food.

I think you should push your luck and go. I was actually just there yesterday; the only cans available were Tools and Week 52, but you can get crowlers as well. Great space.

I also am throwing in a vote for Ambulance.
There's also Dog and Cask in Rochelle Park. The list was always solid; I hope that hasn't changed since Josh left.
