I slowly cold crashed about 4 days ago. And then this formed? Dos this look OK? (attached) i dry hopped with no bag and they fell to the bottom after I started cold crashing. Then this appeared a day later.its around 45 degrees f

normal beer foam bubbles. nothing to be concerned about. your hops created a nucleation point for co2 to come out of solution.

keep the lid on until you transfer and try to minimize oxygen exposure as much as possible.
