Lots of dry stuff, S-04, S05, Notty and wine yeast

WLP400 Belgian Wit Ale Yeast
WLP830 German Lager Yeast

In Process
WLP041 Pacific Ale Yeast
WLP320 American Hefeweizen Ale Yeast

I have two new dry yellow Nottis and I got my White vials out over the weekend because there was only one packet of 56 Chico between both the LHBSs here in town. I'll be ranching that, thanks.

In process I have a Wyeast 3056 Weistephan something under some Apple Jack. It is only a few weeks old, I'll probably pull a vial off the cake just for practice, I think the folks using malt with apples like the 3068 better.

And I should have a little WLP005 - Brit Ale yeast - under the keg of Amarillo Bomber IPA I have tapped right now. Imma put this one in my pull down, my friends are raving about it.

I love the fermentis yeasts, I think they perform just as well as any liguid yeast I have used. Can't wait to try the T-58 might make a saison with it, they claim its spicy. We will see.
