lets hear it, any ideas welcome.I have two sacks of expired carared- i threw out 4 other sacks but couldn't bring myself to throw out everything.
I know its a pretty useless grain to have in such quantity.Imagine how horrible a carared barley wine would be... I will do some cold steeping projects just for curiosity i read " 1-pound of crushed grains in 2-quarts of water overnight. After 24 hours, strain the grains "
i will make some kombucha but all in all i have no idea what i will do with 110#s
anyone have any thoughts?

Share with some brew friends or a brew club.

Expired means very little. Its storage conditions have a much larger impact on freshness and usability.
