I was all over that - but, of course Ms Lorena seems to have ignored (probably on purpose)

- although 4905 is lost, and you'd think she would accommodate us...

Wait, what?? It's lost? AW man, that was easily the best post on here EVAR! I still chuckle seeing the expression on her face. (pauses for chuckle)

Oh well. I guess I'll have to rely on my 5 backup copies... ;)

Seriously, the Bo Pils would be great. Had one at H&H and wasn't expecting much but it was a KILLER beer.

I've had some great Bo Pils, so I hope mine is comparable to some of the others I've had. I'll go pick that stuff up next week when it comes in, and get to work on two brews. I NEED an IPA, so that's a priority!

Saaz can be used at flameout for just about any beer to smooth out the flavor and aroma. Great for cream ales, koelsch and just about any lager.

I heart saaz. :)

I use Saaz in my cream ale all the time at flameout. It really has a nice smooth, sometimes minty flavor (to me at least)

What water are you using.... I've been wanting to make one and was planning on ro water with a small touch of cacl2 to get calcium to 50ppm from what I hear having very low mineral content is the key

I'll probably use all RO water (like my Vienna lager) and then add a few salts to it to get me at a nice pilsen water profile.

My water is WAY too high in alkalinity to even consider a BoPils with it. I have to go the RO route.
