Hey folks, I'm about to brew up a Baltic/Robust porter using Wyeast 1275 Thames Valley Ale. I was sitting here thinking about what to brew behind it with a repitch, and thought hell, why not kick the tires on the hive mind and see what falls out?

This will be my first time using 1275. It'll be fermenting a 1.063 SG porter, coming from a starter. I ferment in a conical, so harvesting to repitch is E-Z. I read that this is a big top cropper though, which I can't do. So I guess I'll cold crash the conical before I harvest.

So what would you brew behind this? I'm open to anything! :mug:
