What to do with Pure Nitro?

A friend gave me a full 10 gallon Nitro tank and regulator. I have a nitro faucet now but I am wondering if it is worth the expense and hassle of emptying the contents since I know it is not mixed with CO2 before I put a stout on it.

I usually prime my kegs and let sit for 2 weeks.

What's my worst case scenario if I pre-carb and then push with pure nitro?

Not a lot. As the head space increases, CO2 will break out of solution to maintain equilibrium (independent of the Nitro pressure) thus lowering the carbonation level.
You can cope with that with a periodic CO2 re-charge...

Cold brew coffee is great with pure nitro!!

Put something uncarbonated on tap like coffee, cider, wine, etc.

Purge your kegs of oxygen before filling them with beer.

Put a spray nozzle in your air cleaner and boost your horsepower by 100%... engine may not live long though!

Only works for N2O. You would be very disappointed with the performance using N2.
