What is my best option for treating my water? My pale ales and ipa's just aren't the quality that I would like and I feel I'm at the point of messing with my water but it's just a lot to learn. Right now is my best bet just diluting with some distilled water? Can some of you veteran brewers help me? Thanks in advance.

That alkalinity is astronomical. It may be worth trying to precipitate out the alkalinity via boiling, but it's probably easier to just go with 100% RO water. I wouldn't even try to treat your water with acid to overcome that, you'd have to use so much that you may be able to actually taste it.
