Hey all,

I have a VERY happy fermenter currently chewing on a batch of beer. I pitched this latest batch (Belgian Dubbel) right on the yeast cake from a previous one (Belgian Imperial Stout). It has been going gangbusters for over a week now and I'm pondering what to throw in there next as I don't have the space for yeast harvesting/freezing.

The yeast is Wyeast's Trappist High Gravity and i'm hoping to get at least one more batch out of it. Any thoughts? I'm looking for any extract + grains ale recipe.

Thanks in advance!

Belgian strong dark? Not sure what else would need that much high powered yeast. Barleywine, perhaps? Might be interesting with Belgian yeast.
