So, a buddy of mine got all these ingredients from a friend of his who is moving, and I get to pick out what I want for free! I'm still extract brewing, what styles or recipes could one build with these ingredients?

55lbs pilsner, 49lbs wheat, 10lbs crystal 1, 10 lbs crystal 2, 8 lbs chocolate malt, 5 lbs CaraAroma malt, 2 lbs aromatic, 1 lb caramel pils, 1 lb caraAmber... 8oz Saaz, 5 oz Goldings, 5 oz Amarillo, 10 oz Cascade hops

ESB, Bitters,Kolsh, pale's,ipa, blondes, wheat so far.Lagers.I think you can use pilsner just like two row.It seems you usually have to boil it longer though.

40-60% Pilsner
40-60% Wheat
1.0 oz Saaz @ 60
A good weizen yeast

That's all you need to make a great Hefeweizen in about 3-4 weeks.
