What kind of grain do i have?

I bought some used equipment off of a guy to venture into the world of all grain. I got a huge bag that says in red lettering:

Brewer's Malt
IMC Canada
Winnipeg, MB

Does anybody know what kind of grain this might be. I assume two-row, but is it pilsner? or pale? Thanks is advance.
