grains 2 pounds Pilsner Malt till 170
3 lbs of ELDME 60 min
3.15 lbs NB Pilsen Liquid malt Syrup

hops

bittering 1 oz Tettnang

Flavoring 1 oz Saaz

Aroma 1 oz saaz

any ideas would use a lager yeast prim one week 40 degree 2nd for about 3 weeks
I am guessing this is an Oktoberfest or a Helles or maybe a Dunkel your HO would be appreciated ty
 
Way too light in color for dunkel. Plus, a dunkel, helles, and an Ofest would use German Hops. Looks kind of like a Bohemian pilsner to me, but wth that much warrior, it is going to be extremely bitter.

Check your fermentation temperature! I don't know of a single yeast that will ferment at 40 degrees. You probably have to ferment at 48-52 degrees, so make sure wherever you are placing your fermenter can maintain that!
