I have some hop pellets and hop plugs in sealed packs that have been in my fridge for several months. I was going to brew up an IPA and then got sidetracked and brewed an oatmeal stout for St. Paddy's day. Now I am getting ready to do another IPA and don't know if the hops are any good. What is the shelf life of refrigerated sealed hop packs?

Any dates on them? Mine have always been good for quite a while. The are vac-sealed in oxy-barriers right?

I have 1 oz of Fuggles plugs in vac-sealed bag.

I have 1 oz each of Bramling Cross, Cascade, East Kent Goldings in packs that say nitrogen flushed. They are not vac-sealed but appear to be sealed well.

No expiration dates on any of them.

I'd say go for it, and if things don't turn out as well as you planned, it will still be a brew none the less. :D
