I have some hop pellets and hop plugs in sealed packs that have been in my fridge for several months. I was going to brew up an IPA and then got sidetracked and brewed an oatmeal stout for St. Paddy's day. Now I am getting ready to do another IPA and don't know if the hops are any good. What is the shelf life of refrigerated sealed hop packs?

I've had hops last a long time. I think one pack may have been in the fridge for about a year. I think as long as they're sealed, you shouldn't worry.
I have 1 oz of Fuggles plugs in vac-sealed bag.
I have 1 oz each of Bramling Cross, Cascade, East Kent Goldings in packs that say nitrogen flushed. They are not vac-sealed but appear to be sealed well.
No expiration dates on any of them.
