Im using my basement, cooler and frozen ice bottles.Perfect for keeping in the 50's.I also have started my first lager,just did a steam though just to see the difference with S-23 dry yeast. Im also in the process of gettin another fridge ill probably put my old one in the basement and get a temp regulator later on.I just have too much beer stocked up, i can never get a chance to chill any down for very long having one fridge,and a constant supply of new beers i try.
