Munton's Dark DME. It's what I had on hand. Maybe I should have used a light DME for a double IPA? I just started brewing three or four months ago, so I'm still sorting things out.Maybe it's the lighting, but that starter wort looks really dark. What did you make it with?
I'm not going to pitch the whole flask; I'll decant most of the liquid, swirl, and pitch the yeast.
