Hahahaha! It is different for sure but a nice change of pace in the flavor profile
I've only had one candela and it tasted very vegetal like wet leaves/grass. But I get the same thing from many fresh hop beers, so maybe my palate is sensitive to whatever that compound is.
I've heard some good things about them though, very mild. An all day kind of cigar. What did you get out of it?

It was a little grassy, but not as much as some candelas. The difference with mine is that I rolled it with a more robust filler blend since I'm not a big fan of mild cigars.

Hey guys, long time no post. Ive been sailing in the San Blas islands of Panama since March. Way cool place, but no stogies. [emoji16][emoji853]

A buddy is coming down to sail with us soon and bringing stogies, so I hope to have good stogie pics to post again soon!

So how’d you like the Mark Twain?

Edit: brewed a modified version of my wedding day beer “Bloody” Ball and Chain Witbier

I really liked it for what it is. It starts out pretty simple but get strong and peppery on the end. I had to break out a 8” crescent to finish that big a** nub off.

@Sprouthog what do you think the best of the Liga line is? I’ve yet to try one where should I start?

Papa fritas would be a good start. Leaf from both the lp9 and t52 with lp9 wrapper. If you like mocha and pepper go lp9. If earth and leather are more your taste t52. Papa fritas are the best of both in a short smoke.

Just bought a bunch of fritas, dirty rats and undercrown corona vivas CoH. Been a while since I've had Ligas in my humidor!
