Last night, trying out my new candela wrapper. It's pretty damn good!

Hahahaha! It is different for sure but a nice change of pace in the flavor profileLooks like your smoking an Iguana turd.![]()
I've only had one candela and it tasted very vegetal like wet leaves/grass. But I get the same thing from many fresh hop beers, so maybe my palate is sensitive to whatever that compound is.Hahahaha! It is different for sure but a nice change of pace in the flavor profile
It was a little grassy, but not as much as some candelas. The difference with mine is that I rolled it with a more robust filler blend since I'm not a big fan of mild cigars.I've only had one candela and it tasted very vegetal like wet leaves/grass. I've heard some good things about them though, very mild. An all day kind of cigar. What did you get out of it?
I brewing a Coconut Stout for my wife today. Mashing in with Mark TwainView attachment 571173
Sprouthog, with the amount of cigars you post and brews you show on tap... I can't help but think you've got something figured out a bit better than the rest of us!
So how’d you like the Mark Twain?
Edit: brewed a modified version of my wedding day beer “Bloody” Ball and Chain Witbier
@Sprouthog what do you think the best of the Liga line is? I’ve yet to try one where should I start?
Papa fritas would be a good start. Leaf from both the lp9 and t52 with lp9 wrapper. If you like mocha and pepper go lp9. If earth and leather are more your taste t52. Papa fritas are the best of both in a short smoke.
I’ve ha this little thing rolling around in my humi since December. Rolled on 12/22/17 this thing is sooo good. @BrewinHooligan I saved the best for last.View attachment 571694

E=MC Hammer is still my favorite of yours!Awesome! That's a favorite of mine, glad you enjoyed it.
I really liked it for what it is. It starts out pretty simple but get strong and peppery on the end. I had to break out a 8” crescent to finish that big a** nub off.
