What Happened to the Brewie Thread?

I was considering the pico z or the brewie and ultimately decided that I didn’t have enough confidence in the brewie (based on that thread) to go with that model. I found that thread to be very helpful to get real world feedback from users.

I have been following it for entertainment value. What Brewie says and what is reported on that thread are polar opposites.

I don't understand why that thread was moved. Sure, it was annoying (just like the numerous Pico and Grainfather threads ) but it's really more suited to the Automated forum than the Electric.
Management at one time proposed putting all the similar automated appliances into their own sub-forum. Wonder what happened to that?

I second the motion that brewing appliances should have their own sub forum. Especially since we will only see more of these as time goes on. The automation forum should be for people who are creating automation around their brewing setups.

The brewing appliance threads don't talk much about automation any. They are largely riddled with basic newbie brewing questions.

When this thread was moved to the electric brewing thread, it was effectively "hidden" from casual view, insulating the brewie company from having to explain their crappy service. The brewie thread should be moved back here where people are accustomed to seeing it.
