what grains go with what extract?

I am looking at an all grain recipie for Bells Two Hearted Ale, The grains are pale ale malt, vienna malt, cara pils malt and crystal 20l. When using LME am I replacing all of these grains or just some? How do I know which ones are just for steeping and which ones I am substituting extract? In the case of pale ale malt... golden extract or pilsen extract?
