What do you put on a hotdog?

Chili and Cheese.

Oh yeah, I forgot...occasionally I make up chili and top with that. Then I don't use any other condiment.

Here in town we actually have a butcher. Fresh quality meats not the supermarket stuff. This place makes their own dogs and they are better than anything I have ever had. Don't know what they make them from may be better not to know.
