made some mustard sauce and cracked these open

First time I tried it. Worked pretty well. I boiled the zucchinni briefly...I was afraid it would be mushy, but was pretty good. After I drained it and added sauce, it did give off more liquid. Maybe it could be added to the sauce raw and simmered a couple of minutes.

I also go a "Spiralizer"...haven't taken it out of the box yet.

That's the same one I have, Matt. It's called a "Spirooli" but there are lots of names for the things! :)

Try sautéing the zoodles in a little olive oil. We like that better than boiling them.

I made cheesey spaetzle tonight. Got a spaetzle maker for Christmas. Wanted to make snitzel with it but family wanted pizza.

I love schnitzel! New Years eve lunch we took my folks to Hofbräuhaus Chicago and I had jägerschnitzel, spätzle and bread dumplings along with soft pretzels w/mustard and liters of beer.

We actually grew up eating spätzle, but called it knadles.

Had a craving for Burritos for a few days, so we made big 'ol wet burritos this weekend. I swear I took a picture, but I can't find it now.

Store says the tortilla makers were having issues so they were sold out of almost everything. Ended up having to use Whole Wheat Fajita tortillas instead of the white flour tortillas. And my wife got the green sauce, not the red sauce.

But they were still really good! Ate them while watching Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit. Not bad.

Well the Irish Stew and Colcannon turned out just amazing! Definitely a keeper recipe!! And had an Irish Red homebrew with it!

I don't think the attachment worked, at least it does not on this computer, so here's the pic again. Apologies if it's just an issue with this computer!
