Just received my kits from Midwest. Yeehaa...NOT. The Hank's Hefeweizen kit was missing 1lb DME - durgh. Guess I'll start on the Honey Bee Ale first.

You could always brew it up and add the DME later. Make it 1/2 gallon shy and then boil up 1/2 gallon of water and mix in the DME, cool and add to fermenter when it comes. If it were all of your fermentables I would worry. Since it is only 1 LB you should be ok.
