Get your stuff together, Tennessee, this is a humiliating abrogation of your responsibility.

Haha. Well, I did read that we are one of the leading states of gov. corruption so you can't expect much. Did you get a chance to take 840? You can almost get some air on a few overpasses...

Glad the Apera made it. Calibration was stupid easy - I love the laminate instruction card with pictures.

I'm sold. This will be my upgrade. Whenever I get around to upgrading. 🙂

While I haven't used it for a brew yet, I am impressed with the build quality/feel of it. Calibration is super easy and repeat checks were spot on. Mine was manufactured 4/2024 so they're shipping newly made units.

A very generous porch bomb care package from @Section1 .
Thank you so much. Can’t wait to try everything.

Received a bottling bucket with spigot, lid, and airlock from Northern Brewer and also received 5 packets of Lalbrew London yeast (grabbed a few since they quit making it), 1 packet of US-05 yeast, refractometer, and 5lbs of pilsner malt from MoreBeer.

I've been wanting to get a refractometer for a long time and finally did. I love Northern Brewer buckets as bottling buckets for some reason. I am retiring my old northern Brewer bucket that I've had for 10+ years lol.

A replacement swan faucet tap for my Mason beer engine. I will say unequivocally to anyone interested in a beer engine - these people have been beyond stellar from my purchase through today. I had a small issue - leaking from the swan neck intake, and I finally isolated that it was a small plastic sleeve that fit around the faucet intake, inserted in the short 1/2" beer line that connects to the cylinder. Cariss at Mason, always diligent and quick in reply, sent out a replacement swan neck to me- via next day Fedex from England. My unqualified highest recommendation for the company.
