Fer sher! Makes me wish I started brewing before I retired! Gotta take SWMBO to Dr at lunch time tomorrow, the same time over $127 worth of brewing ingredients is supposed to be delivered. I hope they don't deliver while I'm in Bumf*** Westlake someplace...25.2lbs of'em!

Come to think of it, I saw something just like that & the adjustable one with wired probe at Walmart yesterday. The one that looked like yours was like $12.97. gotta go back & look at that one & the adjustable, programmable one.

Hah, nah. It is a would-be way of being able to see if anything is going on in there. It has a motion and noise sensor so I get an email and notification if there is something happening.

haha!
Well, where it is set up, I'm thinking even as kids do run by it to get into the woods, it won't falsely alert me. It may though, so we'll see. It's good that it is only 80 sq ft of space. The $45 camera has the right view that it does reach the entry points without needing a pan/tilt feature. I don't know if I could record on it. I suppose I'd need to record my screen on my computer while I work, if I wanted to record myself brewing. :)

Thanks! I love them. First 20 or so I handed out and already have a lead on an unlisted market manager type job for a brewery.

...

They smell like money. $500,000 liquefied to be exact. Lol.

I bet I could park some in with malt and some with hops to see what happens....

No more brown truck?

No more brown truck?

Still at Brown for the time being.

But looking to make a move so I can talk about beer all day to people that are interested.

Preferably with a regional craft brewery that can help me train in the sensory lab for Master Cicerone (R).

Woo! Got my box and a bunch of goodies for the new electric brewery!

Super excited to get this thing going. Now I'm just waiting on PIDs and temp sensors!

Btw, I got this whole setup on eBay from seller electrical_parts, and these guys are awesome. Really good price, really fast shipping, and they even called to confirm part specifics before they shipped. Highly recommended.

Lucky you!^^ Darn UPS driver went the wrong way around our cul de sac where you can't see the numbers on the mailboxes & took off with my 25.2lbs of stuff. Now it'll sit in a hot truck till Tuesday...

Oddly enough, the mailman brought my can of Cooper's English bitter about 1:40pm today. Still gotta wait till Tuesday to get the other stuff.

I think this is the first time I ever got a USPS, or any other delivery, on Sunday. Too bad The Elyria hub of UPS wasn't as courteous...

Well, my 25.2lbs of grains, hops & yeast finally got here @ 5:18PM. Box was a bit the worse for wear, but everything inside was intact. Sorting through it all now. That's 18oz of hops, 2 packets yeast, 3lbs plain extra light DME, 6lbs plain light DME, & 11lbs of grains. And one can Cooper's English Bitter, the 6th gallon of which is going for malt vinegar. Hope it does cool off by Thursday like the weatherman says. It'll be a productive weekend! :rockin:

The freaking relay for my chest freezer soon to be keezer. Hopefully I can start the compressor today and build the stc temp controller.
