What BJCP category should this go in?

I brewed this up a couple of weeks ago and it's fantastic. I want to enter it in the midwinter homebrew competition my club sponsors, but I don't want to lose points for being in the wrong category. I was thinking 20A, but now I question if it should be in 23.... Here is the link to the recipe.

I would do 23 assuming the hibiscus is noticeable, and that aspect really belonging in 21A. If you only really taste the raspberry I would go with 20.
