Well for a long time we all thought you two were the same dude. Debate is still out..

HB Cali Common after finishing harvest and listening to/watching my grandson’s first college football game of the season. Harvest went rather well, the game-not so much. The defense played well in the 1st half; only down 7-0 at halftime. But, they didn’t show up in the 2nd half, and the QB and the O line never showed up at all. Ended up losing 31-3. My grandson started, and got a lot of playing time, but every pass thrown in his general direction ended up in a different Zip Code. It’s a team that hasn’t had a winning season in decades (they sucked when I was in school there over 50 years ago) and is coached by 3 guys who have a lot of Division 1 and NFL experience. They took on the challenge of building a small college team, from scratch, as something to do after long careers at a much higher level. They have their work cut out for them.

Great day at the Readington Brewery and Hop Farm. Today was hop harvest day. They had a food truck on site on the farm part of the property. They gave everyone buckets (probably three gallon buckets) and some vines. If you picked enough hops to fill the bucket you get a 10oz beer of choice. Wife and I filled a bucket and each got a 5oz to go with pizza. Wife got a Day Dreamer which is a Belgian Wit and I has a Cumulus which is a hazy IPA. Great time, wish we could have stayed longer.
