Hydro sample of a Vienna Amarillo pale ale. Aroma is off the charts and the flavor is there but I might have a little hop burn (2+ week dry hop…life happened) at the end. Hoping that whatever it is fades away because im more than satisfied otherwise.

Three weeks ago I brewed a maibock and kegged it Sunday. My recipe called for a shorter than normal boil(60 minutes instead of 90) so I screwed up my volumes and ended up with 3 quarts more than my 2 kegs hold. I drank one quart right away, and filled a growler with the rest. Even flat it's starting to taste excellent as the yeast settles out.
