HB Amber Ale. Needs to carbonate a bit more and might be a bit under hopped.
HB Schwarzbier. This keg just keeps giving.
My HB pipeline is dangerously low. I’ll probably have a few of mine later but for now it’s more store bought. Oktoberfest while cooking dinner. (Sauerkraut hot dish)
I like these.

Just bought some of that...
Picked up a sixer of those a few weeks ago. Still have a few left but really enjoy it. I nearly grabbed another four pack of paulaner festbeir when picking up empty boxes (and beers for the moving helpers) from the liquor store but I’m slowly burning out.

HB Prickly Pear Kolsch, homebrew talk member @AkTom sent me the super ripe prickly pears from his property to make it happen. Thank you sir! It isn't what I was going for, but it came out clean and has a strawberry and a hint of honeydew melon to it.
It is actually crystal clear despite the wyeast 2565 I used.

Gilling up these after a Redsox win
Been sorta craving something like this for awhile so bought up a four pack. Dropped em on my way into the house and one can had a teeny leak so figured I better get it cold and drink it tonight. Good stuff.
Keg kicked just as the glass got full. That rarely happens. HB Mosaic SMaSH.
After a Redsox win and a bbq Ribeye nice night for a fire and a cold one. Life is Good.

It was a Nut Brown Ale... aroma faintly of raisin...tasted great although a bit flat from being keg-bottled

Had this with some family friends earlier. 4yrs aged is the sweet spot IMHO. Damn good beer.

Isn't that just the way it goes when you really need a keg to kick? I've been in the same situation with a keg of Helles, for about two weeks. I swear that thing has been on the cusp of kicking for two whole weeks. I finally managed to murder it tonight. It was anything but a clean killing. It died like Rasputin.
Schwarzbier keg finally died. That allowed me to move that keg and I was able to get my Märzen kegged. Drinking a HB German Pilsner while doing the transfer.
Having slaughtered a keg of Helles that refused to die, I can now enjoy a bit of Panther Piss.
This might be the winner of my year for clear pre-yeast wort... wow. 1.052 .... Go go 'Krispy'!! Woo! Redemption!!

Whatcha think about that one? I like those and the Paulaner Märzen too.
Trying a dark Märzen / Mocktoberfest with Skare kveik (Escarpment Krispy) ...clear before yeast pitch whoo!!
