Next up from LOT this one I was nervous about but I have to say I'm impressed.

Some Bell's....
Lutra pseudo American light "lager" brewed on 9/18. Look at that clarity! This is my first time using Lutra and it definitely won't be my last. Amazing what this yeast can do. Crisp and refreshing!
HB Vienna/Citra SMaSH after spending the afternoon snaking out a clogged sewer line.
Whoo boy, what a week. Might hold off brewing until tomorrow, and just relax. It is 18:18 here already...hmm I could do it, but I'm pooped! 
So maybe a chill evening with a 9.1% local 'Soap Box' tripel (or a few more) and I'll get after it tomorrow.

Local amber while having dinner. Not sure if it was actually served on nitro but it was the smoothest carbed beer I’ve ever had. It really hit like a Guinness.

How is that? The Vienna citra, not the sewer line (been there…). I’ve always been tempted to match Vienna up with some fruity hops, maybe Amarillo, but I always end up just doing something with noble hops.
I really like it. I use “C” hops quite a bit, especially Cascade, Centennial, and Citra. I brewed this as a Pale Ale, 5.5%, 36 IBU. It‘s a pretty decent beer.

The Wife and I having 22 oz New Castle and Stella Artois with hot pretzel bites and buckets of melted cheese. Beer and melted cheese. I dare you to find something better.

This is more what I expect from 3 Floyd's. Very good.
Thank god its Saturday, 2 60 hour weeks in a row and finally some time off, like a day haha. getting into kid free mode and headed to a buddies for some brisket. Home brew blue moon clone and 3eb.

Very good, but honestly, my HB Felttoberfest tasted better... but this has a very unique "rye bread" aroma
