Citra, Strata, Excelsior? Never heard of that third hop lol.
It’s a nys proprietary hop blend based on thiols and essential oils.

To hold this license you currently must use 60% NYS hops and 60% other ingredients by 2024 both numbers increases to 90%. The hope is that this hop blend (and others in development) will help these breweries stay competitive in the current beer market

A homebrew English-ish strong bitter. I used way too much caramel malt and dark invert, so if I drink it at cellar temperature the caramel and molasses tastes are overpowering. It's okay if I dilute it with a can of Natty Ice. I'm drinking it really cold right now without blending it; it's pretty good that way too. I just have a few bottles left.

Next time I'll use about half as much caramalt and invert. The Golding hops are good. The overall taste is good, it's just way out of balance and serving it cold helps.

Just waiting for that puppy to spill out all over the place...any second now.
I'm not sure why, but every time I select the medium sized picture format, the forum software decides to flip it 90 degrees. I'm too dumb to figure out how to rotate it, so I've just decided that that's gonna be my thing. I'm okay with being the sideways beer guy.

"Sideways beer guy" has a nice ring to it.
I had something similar happen but it was the little gizmo inside that was stuck and wouldn't acknowledge the physical rotation. Believe it or not, the solution was to smack the phone to unstick it. I'm pretty sure that's not your issue since you only have it at that setting.
I'm a fellow non-genius.
Cheers.

Have you tried holding your phone straight up, as opposed to sideways? Also, are you uploading your images from your phone?

Yeah, I'm uploading from my phone and the images are taken with the phone upright and uploaded with the phone upright.

Mine does that sometimes too. I have to go in to my photo editing app and rotate the picture before uploading.

Weird. I guess I take for granted that I like to edit my images...but I've not had to rotate. hmm. @Bramling Cross take a couple with your phone sideways..?

Having a local Tripel...wow....I just accidentally dropped my grain tube full of 13.5lbs of wet grain into the Brewzilla while sparging. porter wort all over the kitchen floor. got most of it soaked up with towels...might have to pull the fridge and range. sigh. Watch the feet on your grain tube !!

I'm tempted to fire back the entire JD and most of the beer in the fridge, but I still managed 23L of wort, didn't get burned and it's a VERY small problem in this crazy world. So happy to continue brewing, and 2kg of Demarra sugar can do wonders in a pinch. Still managed a 1.062 pre-boil...Sigh. #brewersmistake
